The Government have stated that whilst we move into Step 4 where many of the legal restrictions imposed are lifted, we cannot return instantly to how life was before COVID-19.

The responsibility for COVID security is now placed with individuals and businesses to act in a correct manner. Therefore the following rules will be in place around our site.

We kindly ask that all guests continue to wear a mask in all internal areas of the site.

Customers are requested NOT to travel to site should they experience symptoms of COVID.

Customers are NOT permitted to isolate on site.

Should a customer contract COVID whilst on site, a member of staff must be informed (remain in your van and call 01841 520720), and the correct protocol must be taken to ensure a safe departure.

Whilst there is now no legal restrictions on how many people can meet in any setting, indoors or outdoors, Harlyn Sands will continue to limit the number of guests within the complex, therefore we will operate on a first come first serve basis.

We will continue to operate as much entertainment as possible outside where weather permits. But please remember our entertainment wonโ€™t be as we remember it whilst COVID is still lurking.

Lockdown lifting is concerning for everyone, we kindly ask that you be patient with us, the hospitality sector at present is under a lot of strain and we kindly ask that you respect our staff. We are operating under a zero-tolerance regime, and we will not allow anyone to stay should they be party to any conflict.
