At first glance Cornwall might appear very laid back and as though everything happens “Dreckly”, but look a little deeper and you’ll find the Duchy is jam-packed with exciting days out for thrill seekers big and small.
Here we’ve got six of our favourite days out that will really get the adrenaline pumping through your veins in 2022.
1. Coasteering – ⛑
“Coasteering is everything you always wanted to do at the seaside when you were a kid but were not allowed!”
The Cornish Coasteering team will guide your adventure safely as you swim, climb and jump your way along the cliffs, play in the waves and explore sea caves.
You’ll gain a unique perspective of the stunning Cornish coastline safely under the watchful eye of qualified and experienced instructors, no matter if it’s your first time or 101st.
2. Caving – 🔦
Adventurous caving trips in Cornwall’s abandoned tin mines! Go below the surface and discover the subterranean world carved out by the Cornish miners over hundreds of years. The miners have long since vanished, but their legacy is a world beneath your feet, waiting to be discovered.
Cornwall Underground mine adventures range from easy walk-in, walk-out trips, to full-blown caving-style trips with abseiling down mine shafts, gaping chasms and flooded passages, underground via-ferrata, mine climbing and more!
3. Hangloose Adventure at the Eden Project – 🤙🏽
Soar above the Eden Project Biomes on England’s fastest zip wire, covering 660 metres and travelling at speeds of up to 60mph. Then finish off the day with an aerial assault course and plummet back down to earth at 50mph on a giant swing over a cliff edge! We can’t think of a more thrilling way to spend the day!
4. FlowRider at Retallack – 🏄🏽♂️
