The Richards family have owned and run Harlyn Sands for over 40 years, and  continue to be at the heart of the park making sure Harlyn Sands stays affordable
for families with the knowledge and experience to prove that if the children are happy then mums and dads (or in more recent years – grandparents) are happy!

Today we are one of the biggest family owned holiday parks in Cornwall. We have a team of staff that have worked at Harlyn for a number of years and know what is required to make you feel welcome. As a group our aim is to allow you to relax and enjoy your well-earned time off, and create memories with your family that will last forever.

Our on-site facilities should be enough for kids to have a great time come rain or shine so once your car is parked that’s it – no need to move it again until it’s time to go home! Kids have the freedom of the park, and have right of way over vehicles!

Earn from your caravan with our Seashell Letting

If you are not using your caravan, it could be earning you money! We offer a letting service for caravans that are under 5 years old. An example of what income you could make if you rent for 4 weeks of the summer holidays are –
2 bedroom – £1845*
3 bedroom – £2400*

We charge 25% Commission if we rent out the caravan which includes checking of
the caravan.  

Please make sure you follow our letting terms and conditions for any let you have.

*Please note there is no guarantee of this income – Harlyn’s Fleet has to be fully let before we use any private vans.
